Chris Addley has been a part of the Golf Club of Avon's culinary tem as the Sous Chef since 2020.
Prior to GCA, Chris was the Executive Chef at Firebox Restaurant in Hartford. There he enjoyed cooking food that had an emphasis on showcasing what Connecticut farms and suppliers have to offer. Having spent a lot of time growing up in Granby, he is very familiar with the
Farmington Valley and has a close attachment to the area.
Chris has worked throughout Connecticut and Boston in hotels, fine dining, and farm to table restaurants after returning from living in Northern Ireland. He lives in Simsbury with his wife and enjoys golfing, kayaking, and cooking in his free time.
