Rico Ramirez joined the Management Team as the Executive Chef in November 2023. Rico comes to the Golf Club of Avon with over 18 years of culinary experience, most recently as the Executive Sous Chef at the San Antonio Country Club in Texas. Rico holds a Bachelor’s of Professional Studies from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, which is recognized as one of the top culinary schools in the country, and has attended numerous continuing educating opportunities throughout his career. Rico lives in Avon with his wife, Stephanie.
